We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods as available in your region through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content once the performance has begun with your prior express consent.
By purchasing a course and receiving immediate access, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract (immediate access to course content) and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you receive access to the digital content. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Despite the above, we may offer a refund at our discretion in exceptional cases such as technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course and that we cannot resolve, or if you accidentally purchase the same course twice. To request a refund in these exceptional cases, please contact us at diego@chefhdelgado.com within 7 days of purchase.
To access our courses, you need a device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone), a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), sufficient internet bandwidth for video streaming, and a valid email address for account access.
We are not responsible for access issues caused by inadequate internet connection, outdated browsers or devices, or third-party software or firewall restrictions.
All course content, including but not limited to videos, texts, images, recipes, and materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. All rights are reserved by Chef H. Delgado unless otherwise stated.
The purchase of a course grants you a license to use the content as described in Section 7, but does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our courses are provided for educational purposes only and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from following the course content. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses. Our total liability for any claims related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If you have any questions about your purchase, need technical assistance, or have any other inquiries, please contact us at diego@chefhdelgado.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours.
